You can change the interface of the program to your language by installing the Language Pack for Advanced WindowsCare 2 Personal.
1. Click the "Options" quick launch button at the top right of the interface
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Interface Config"
4. Select the language of your choice
5. Click "OK"
6. Exit program and open it again
